January king cabbage with Indonesian satay, kecap manis sweet soy, tomato chili sambal & micro coriander.

Berliner rhubarb doughnut with cardamom custard.

Homemade eccles cake with local blue cheese.

 

Complimentary drinks pairing to be confirmed on the night but rest assured it will be generous and delicious utilising our awesome local suppliers and some from further afield.
